KUA Cumbie Canine Court is situated on an island inside of Kissimmee’s Mill Slough Park. The 6.3-acre lush grounds feature a canopy of mature oak trees surrounded by a meandering stream. The space, which is wheelchair accessible, also features parking, a concrete path, separate fenced areas for large and small dogs, benches, picnic tables, drinking fountains with attached pet fountains, trash receptacles and waste receptacles with bag dispensers.
The park honors community volunteer Fred H. Cumbie who served for a decade on the board of directors of the Kissimmee Utility Authority, Florida’s sixth largest municipal electric utility.

The park is the first and only dog park in Osceola County to feature an agility course. The course provides activities that enhance pet obedience skills while building confidence. Course activities include an adjustable jump bar challenge, elevated dog walk, hoop jump, King of the Hill A-frame, weave posts and a crawl tunnel.

The Paws Table provides a place for dogs to take a rest break while running the agility course or to practice sit and stay commands. Basic grooming can also be accomplished while the dog takes a pause.
The Dog Walk is the largest component and is made up of three non-slip planks supported by in ground-mounted posts. Dogs can walk or run up, across, and down the planks based on their individual level of balance and confidence.
The Rover Jump Over is an adjustable jump bar challenge that allows for quick and easy height changes as the dog’s confidence and precision increases. The height can adjust simply by moving the bar to higher notches in the frame.
The Flexible Weave Posts include two sets of three posts. The posts are attached to a surface-mount plate that allows for easy alignment and in ground placement. Each post is powder coated and has a flexible rubber stopper located at the attachment point that provides great spring action for smooth pacing even at top speeds.
The Hoop Jump is a progressive jump trainer for dogs of all abilities; it features three rings of increasing heights.
The King of the Hill A-frame provides a challenge for all dogs to walk or run up an incline and descend the other side at their own pace and confidence level. Endurance and balancing capacity are also developed.
Stepping Paws require the dog to either step or jump from each platform as the pods increase and decrease in height while helping to develop balance and confidence. The pods can be arranged to provide a true test of agility or just a fun obstacle for dogs to play on.
The Doggie Crawl is a classic crawl tunnel that features many spyholes for increased interior brightness and superior supervision. The large diameter tunnel allows entry by most dogs and is made of heavy-duty rotomolded plastic.
The most economical and practical tool to motivate dog owners to pick up after their pets. Includes bag dispenser, waste receptacle, and reflective pet sign.
The Fido & Me Fountain offers a pedestal style drinking fountain and attached pet fountain.
The park is located at 2138 Agate Street in Kissimmee, just minutes from Highway 192. From Highway 192 (E. Vine Street): Head north on Michigan Avenue. Take right onto Boulder Drive. Take second left onto Agate Street. Park is located at end of street. From Osceola Parkway: Head south on Michigan Avenue. Turn left onto Boulder Drive. Take second left onto Agate Street. Park is located at end of street.
The parking lot for Cumbie Canine Court is located at the end of Agate St. From the parking lot follow the foot path to the park.
